MindShare has traditionally offered its courses to engineers as Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses. Our instructors and courses receive rave reviews from course attendees. Starting 2008, MindShare is moving into the new space of eLearning and offers it course either as Live eLearning courses or Asynchronous eLearning courses. A summary of course delivery formats include:

• Instructor Led Training (ILT) – Our talented Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) present engaging courses to you In-company or in a Public-Enrollment setting
• Live eLearning – Our courses are delivered to you via the web using virtual classroom software tools. The courses are interactive with the students who remain at their office listening live and participating in the course. This option is a cost effective way of delivering training by eliminating travel costs.
• Asynchronous eLearning – Our courses are offered as either long duration eLearning courses broken into chapter modules for the more detailed technical subjects or as short duration hour-long modules for overview subjects. These eLearning modules provide the learner with the most flexibility of taking the training when they need it for the duration they need it.
